Therefore, Klava provides an assembly plan before the articles are assembled into a complete final product. Depending on the complexity of the product, the various checkpoints are identified. Thus, any deviations can be detected early and corrected.

A complete semi-fabricate for our clients is frequently a product that will subsequently have to be installed in a final product. Klava can provide the installation of a semi-fabricate in a subassembly of the customer. In this case, upon request the required sub-components can also be assembled as fixation/fastening materials or plastic components.
These services not only mean the saving of an extra assembly step for the customers but also the elimination of the coordination and the unnecessary mutual matching up of the different suppliers in the assembly plan.
