Design
On the basis of diagrams or models delivered by you we can make digital drawings in 3-D and 2-D. These will form the basis for a strength analysis that may have to be performed, a prototype and the creation of the final set of tools (dies).
Prototype
We use various techniques to make prototypes. The basis is always the 3-D model.
CNC processing
Cast products are processed further by using machines that are programmable for all kinds of processing.
Assembling
To make a semi-fabricate of adequate quality for a product, in many cases it must be assembled with so-called “casting-alien” parts such as plastic products, steel parts or in some cases even other castings.
